The hostess was very helpful and friendly despite Expedia NOT having forwarded our reservation to the hotel. She accommodated us for one night (unable to honor our 3 day reservation due to being fully booked) but offered to assist us in obtaining other accommodation in the area. I would certainly recommend this property as a lovely quiet stay in the beauty of the Black Forest region. Excellent breakfast and hotel staff.
