I will tell you all about my experience in a detailed letter of complaint but let me summarize my thoughts: Having to sleep and wake up in a hotel room infested with several flies for 5 days is absolutely abnormal. I have videos and pictures to support my comments. Unfortunately, the manager (Borja), claims that this is "normal" in Spain and that I should not have "bothered' the management for such a trivial issue. His arrogance and condescending attitude is unacceptable and he should not be occupying such important position in a hotel.
