The staff was very helpful. Instructive from the time we arrived. Elevator was not lit inside, no actually none ceiling panel, button panel wasn't lit. It was functional, but not professional, extremely disregard and disrepair. The phone in the room didn't work at all. The breakfast has more options for condiments, than actual food to eat with them. Pool is closed indefinitely, a view that a prison inmate might be envious of... Maybe.

Room was adequate and a good location. But the room smelled terrible. Stunk of cheap cigarettes and had cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Also, very noisy. Recommend bringing a loud fan and air freshener if you stay.

Overall the stay was not great. We booked here because we could have our dogs and they had breakfast as we were stopping through town on a long drive. However, the room needed some desperate updates. Walls were cracking and damaged and the chairs were stained. When we turned the air on, it caused a musty/urine smell in the room. There were no toiletries in the bathroom for soaps and shampoos, not even hand soap for the sink. In the morning, the breakfast was super limited. It had the set up for a full continental breakfast but only had two basic cereals, maybe stuff for waffles and apples. Though it was super nice being able to stay here for only $20 extra for the dogs, we won’t be staying here again. I guess you get what you pay for.

This place was unclean. The building is not up to safety codes and is missing lightbulbs in the elevator. I requested a refund after leaving within 10 minutes of being there and was assured I would get a refund. They only provided half of the money I spent and I had to go find another room. After being on the road all day. I have called every day to ask for the other half of my refund and the phone is never answered. This place is disgusting. Do not waste your time. This hotel should seriously be looked at for safety codes.
