I would rate this hotel a strong 6.
The location, the onsite restaurant/bar & available breakfast are all very convenient & served the purpose of our visit.
The areas of improvement recommended: quality of food specifically because there is a limited menu. Example: the chicken tenders should be real breast meat w/the option of grilled strips or fried breaded chicken strips. The mac & cheese needs seasoning.
The pool area was nice & had space, pool was a lil on the cooler side & the hot tub was occupied so we were unable to access it.
We stayed in a double queen room that was decent size, room was clean, beds were comfortable, however the first room we were given smelled like smoke.
The best part of the stay was the customer service from Kristina. She was professional w/a personable approach by apologizing for the state of the room & quickly changing our room, which was much better.
As a recruiter, I would absolutely recruit Kristina as a supervisor or manager as she was also dealing w/another couple who was dissatisfied about something in their room while finding us another room.
