The location was great and the lake is beautiful. We had a wonderful view thanks to the upgrade. The facility was pretty tired and definitely not a 4 star property. There was mold on one wall, a hole in another wall and the room smelled musty. Big shout out to the front desk team - they are great and provide excellent service.

We stayed here two different times. The first time in a superior room with lake view, the second in a more economy room. If you can, upgrade to the superior room. For a relatively small difference, ~$45 in our case, the superior room was, well-superior. An amazing view of the lake , very spacious, and a jet tub. The other room felt very cramped and of course no gorgeous view. Both times the service was very gracious and the breakfast was excellent. I also highly recommend a sunset drink at the bar. They make a nice pisco sour.

For a first night ,we were placed in the lower level standard room instead of booked Superior room. In addition, standard room was under the roof w reclined ceiling and angled beams limiting navigation in the room. Bathroom entry was so narrow, you can only get in using side walking. WI-FI did not work. Desk Receptionist refused to change the room as hotel was full, and assured me that this is a Superior room. Next day reception's manager acknowledged mistake and changed the room w reimbursement for price diff in room's category.

Overall would not stay here again. Every staff member we spoke with had more of an attitude than the last one. I get they had a big tour full of complaining elderly people (we witnessed the desk staff get yelled at 3 times by random guests), but their inability to answer basic questions without snapping back at you made the overall stay unenjoyable (which also could be why said people were yelling at them). You can hear everything from the atrium which reverberated sounds easily at all hours of the day and night. The room was dark, old, and hot. The water pressure in the shower was poor. And the breakfast was mediocre. I would rate this hotel a 3 star at best. It did it's job for our quick layover, but wouldn't recommend anyone stay here considering the price they charge.

Reserve 4 noches y solo me quede 1. Mi habitación estaba al lado del elevador, el cual con el ruido al abrir la puerta parecía que se iba a caer. Las instalaciones están muy viejas, muy descuidadas. El baño de mi habitación: el piso sucio, la regadera llena de sarro y al abrirla solo escupía poca agua como si no tuviera. Se escuchaban todas las voces y pisadas del pasillo hasta el fondo de la habitación. El jacuzzi el agua estaba turbia. En el desayuno me tocó el mantel con la marca del café o vaso del anterior comensal. La ubicación es cómoda, está en el centro. Preferimos reubicarnos y perder el dinero a la incomodidad de la primera noche.
