The front desk employee was very friendly and professional besides that there isn’t much good to say about this property. There was a trail of mud on the floor when we arrived which was there for over one day. Our sheets had a hair on them. When we asked for extra towels, they pulled them out of a big bin of laundry. The restaurant, game room and spa were all when we came, even though these were the amenities advertised on hotels.com and the reason we chose to stay here when we had some car issues on a roadtrip. We were very disappointed! Also, no soap in the bathroom, but the empty box from the previous guest was still in the shower. Thankfully, there is a mechanic shop across the parking lot and the hotel gave us a late check out while we are waiting to have the brakes checked on my car. The staff were super nice and helpful with good restaurant recommendations in the area, you just have to to the front desk for help because they don’t answer the phone if you call from the room.

I had high hopes because the hotel advertised being fully renovated. The list of issues with the entire hotel was never ending. Check in: reception barely said 10 words to me during the check in process. Offered zero info about the hotel or amenities (including the pool and sauna which was closed for construction which was part of the reason I booked there).The room: When I got to the room it was 61 degrees. I tried adjusting the thermostat but it had no affect. After freezing for 30 minutes I tried adjusting the wall unit, I was able to turn it on but there was no adjusting it, the heat was either off or on. There were many cosmetic issues including holes in the walls where fixtures had been hung incorrectly, the shades were jammed so I had to stand on a chair to get them pulled down, the microwave couldn't open because of the shelf it was placed on. The gym: was out of sanitizing wipes and in disarray. The photos do a good job of making this place look updated but it's all a facade. If reception had been more welcoming I might have felt comfortable going back to ask for another room. From what I understand this place is under new management so I get changes take time but number one is the people you have working for you.
