The place looks brand new and is very well designed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the large TVs in the rooms were a nice touch. Overall, it’s a beautiful property and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downsides were a couple of maintenance issues. The shower took 5–10 minutes before the water would even get warm, and we couldn’t get the thermostat to work properly, so we were unable to turn on the air conditioning to cool things down. Aside from those issues, it’s a beautiful place and one we would definitely consider staying at again.

There was a trail of mud on the floor when we arrived which was there for over one day. Our sheets had a hair on them. When we asked for extra towels, they pulled them out of a big bin of laundry. The restaurant, game room and spa were all when we came, even though these were the amenities advertised on hotels.com and the reason we chose to stay here when we had some car issues on a roadtrip. We were very disappointed! Also, no soap in the bathroom, but the empty box from the previous guest was still in the shower. Thankfully, there is a mechanic shop across the parking lot and the hotel gave us a late check out while we are waiting to have the brakes checked on my car. The staff were super nice and helpful with good restaurant recommendations in the area, you just have to to the front desk for help because they don’t answer the phone if you call from the room.

The pool and hot tub are under construction so we were unable to use them. We didn’t know this because we booked with Expedia and it didn’t have a notice on the listing. :( Also the walls and doors are very thin and you can hear everything going on in next room and hallway. The toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. Luckily we were able to open the top and fix it ourselves. I didn’t see any water fill stations either. But the rate was cheap so you get what you pay for. The room seemed clean. I do wish there were more towels as we had 4 people in the room. I called down for more but there was no answer. It served its purpose but not sure I would stay there again.
