Remote to the TVs don’t really work, they have roaches around the tv areas and a hole in the bathroom that I was in. And they don’t be having enough face rag to use (only 1), don’t be having enough pillows, might be one in the room. And they always saying they can’t get anything for ya when it’s not in the room to start out with

The only rooms that was available because of repairs of the hotel was in the back and that rises off a very busy freeway to 85. There was no coffee pot. There was no irony bought at the light was very dark in there. The only light they had was in the bathroom And the one that they had for the walk-in area was over by the window away from the bedroom, I had a problem with the manager when I arrived, I asked him not to put me in the back because I was a female travel however, I will not return again. The service was awful.

Overall the room was what you would expect considering the rate and being in the Atlanta metro area. The outside of the building looks horrendous—chipped paint, run down infrastructure, etc. It was quiet outside though for the most. A small 42” inch was mounted to the wall. The fridge and microwave was spotless. The AC was old and I had to jiggle the plug to make it come on. I had the single bed, and the sheets weren’t totally clean and had cigarette burns in them. The bathroom was tiled, no tub just a shower as if the whole bathroom floor was part of the tub. It wasn’t terrible if you just needed somewhere to crash, but not the most comfortable.

The only thing that work correctly in the room what the AC and heat The room was filled with roaches dead and alive several attack my food and they were even in the bathtub whenever I shower there is a leaking sink that I had to shelf towers up under so the water wouldn't flood out the floor up under the sink there is mold coming from back up under the baseboards awakening the first morning there I woke up with severe nasal indigestion and I automatically knew that that was coming from the mold spores from under the sink and over the front door

Here’s a clear, negative review you can use or tweak: > Very disappointing experience. The staff was cold and completely unaccommodating. I arrived late due to a delayed flight, having to rent a car, and an urgent visit to my uncle in the intensive care unit. Despite explaining the situation, the hotel refused to let me check in unless I paid for an entirely new reservation. There was no empathy, flexibility, or effort to help in a very stressful moment. I would not recommend this hotel based on how guests are treated when circumstances are beyond their control.
