The entrance and 1st floor look was elegant, the gym room looked good. The hallway leading to the rooms was far short from the 1st level, need a little upgrade. The Room needs a little upgrade there was no USB plugs. There was no ice bucket in the rooms. Bathrooms was nice. Bed was comfortable sleep Good. Continental breakfast was okay

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was yummy like as it was the 1st time may 22nd staying there. Definitely will stay again and recommend it if going to the Zoo or to Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater which we did both and all of us had an amazing time!
