I booked a hotel onhotel.com and when we got to the hotel to check in, there was no one there. The office was closed and there was no way to contact anybody to get our room. I’m also deeply aggravated with hotels.com. They did not help me out with refunding my money.

This was a nice and affordable place to stay in Jaco. There is a security gate that locks for entry into the parking area and hotel compound, so you can rest assured that your vehicle will not be tampered with. The location was convenient, about a half block from the main strip of the city and also the beach. Comfortable bed, nice appliances and shower. I would stay there agin.

The people who work here are wonderful and helpful. Today as I was leaving, a workman there helped me by taking my walker down two treacherous steps and loading my junk in the rental car. The two steep steps leading into the unit need a ramp that can be put over the steps for walkers or wheelchairs. This is true for the steps to the pool, as well. Car parking is behind locked gates and beach access is too. Keys are given to clientele so there is no problem with safety or egress. This is a great site! The tropical birds are not shy in the morning and their songs can either gently wake you up or soothe you right back to sleep!

Great location and just down the same street located on the beach is the restaurant Coco's. The garden area is beautiful. The pool is a nice hang with a covered area that has a pool table and grill. It's a simple check in and out. Just have to use WhatsApp.

Right in the middle of downtown Jaco and literary on the beachfront. No car needed! there is an entire strip of stores just at the junction so I spent most nights walking there to stroll and get good food.

Gorgeous

My friends and I had a great stay at Tropical Gardens. This is my 2nd stay here, and the rooms are very comfortable, and they even have a full kitchenette so you can make your own food if you want. The courtyard and pool are gorgeous, and the birds seem to really enjoy visiting. Also, we saw one of the big iguanas that wandered through the yard

This place is very tidy and safe and is right smack in the middle of Jaco. The gates and security is excellent so you don't have to worry about your car or stuff. 2 minute walk to beach and no noise at night. The stores and restaurants are about a 30 second walk. The grounds are very well kept and have beautiful Flora. Staff is very nice and are always there to help. The pool is really nice. It's not over fancy and super luxurious but it won't disappoint. I think it's a hidden gem in Jaco. Will stay there again if I ever go back.

The place is right in the middle of downtown jaco with restaurants, bars, and everything you need within a short walk. No car needed! Great pool! Great gardens! You will see lizards! They don’t speak a lot of English but the staff is friendly. You may have to tell the housekeepers to clean your room or get towels. It’s on a dirt road off the main drag so make sure to bring sneakers. If you go to the beach in downtown Jaco make sure to wear swim shoes because the beach has a lot of rocks. Surprisingly quiet at night!
