The hotel itself is great! And if you don’t have any kind of disability, you’ll be very comfortable. The shuttle service is also excellent. My complaint is that my accessibility needs were not honored. I reserved a room that was mobility accessible. Usually, this includes a spacious bathroom and roll in shower. I was given a room with a tiny combined shower and toilet room. No one in a wheelchair would be able to get in there. I was able to make do, but the shower was very narrow and slippery, as well. The tv in the room was also not fully functional, neither of us could use the cast function.
