Koora was such a special place to stay. So many great things - the staff were so attentive and welcoming, the food was amazing and the wildlife we encountered just walking to and from our room featured armadillos, mischievous coatis, agutis and so much more. Our family had a wonderful stay at Koora Hotel in Monteverde. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of the cloud forest and beyond. The location is ideal—close to town and major attractions, yet peaceful and surrounded by nature. We especially loved having both the Aguti Biological Reserve and the Natuwa Wildlife Sanctuary right next door, where we enjoyed scenic trails and spotted local wildlife up close. The service was excellent, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, and the bar and restaurant were a great place to relax in the evenings. Koora Hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty—a great choice for families visiting Monteverde.
