Exterior parking lot is not well kept. Hallways need a deep clean. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast won't work for anyone with dietary restrictions, but several restaurants nearby.

I am really surprised this hotel ranked so high on Expedia at an 8. When we arrived, I immediately noticed that people lived at this hotel which isn't a great sign. There were lots of pets. The hallways and stairways were dirty, and reeked of smoke. Despite the conditions of the hotel, the staff were super friendly. The room was decent with clean sheets, and the smell of cigarette smoke did not extend to the room.

Let me start with the staff was excellent and very helpful! I really liked front desk’s friendliness and accommodation. Unfortunately their water system was down and the hotel had no hot water. The pool and hot tub were down when I went. The system was in the process of being replaced, so hopefully the issue is resolved. It just wasn’t at the point when I went. I was able to cancel my reservation and get a refund.

Room was clean. Hotel is run down, halls are dirty, outdoor doors have broken locks. They dont tell you this when booking but its now a rent by the week/month flop house. People have personal welcome mats in hallway. People sitting in cars in parking lot, bunch of dogs barking in rooms Regretted booking this one! Plenty of better close by

We checked in on Friday and the check in process was flawless. The front desk clerk was super friendly. However, there were only 2 towels in the room and one of those was ripped and frayed. The pool did not seem chlorinated at all and there was a door propped open from the pool to the outside where anyone, or anything, could have came in. Also while we were in thr pool a child pooped in the pool. The beds were almost unbearably hard and that is saying a lot because I love a firm mattress. The pillows were uncomfortable and one of the sheets was stained. The floor was so dirty that my feet were disgusting walking around barefoot in the room. On Saturday housekeeping took the trash and dirty towels, but did not replace the towels. On Sunday they didn't even come into our room. If you are looking for a 1 night stay, close to multiple places to eat, this is worth the price. However, for a multi-day, multi-person booking, I would not book again.

1st room the tv didn't work. Moved to another room & the shower curtain rod was broke so curtain wouldn't close. No blow dryer, but housekeeping brought one to room. Staff were helpful. Room was clean & comfortable, possibly renovated recently. The basics. But the outside of property needs a major cleaning & update. Trash around property & carpet on stairs need cleaning. Located off highway, but hotel sign was small & hard to find. Won't be staying here again.

Had several problems. Really poor breakfast! Not much there and they were out of several things they were supposed to have. Another customer ran out of toilet paper, and when they went to the front desk they didn’t have any more…gave them a box of Kleenex! Side door wouldn’t latch securely, but when it finally did, it wouldn’t open, creating a serious safety hazard, which they know about but obviously hadn’t bothered to fix. Then there was the jackhammering at the construction site next door that began at 6:52 am. Pre-check in worked well. Pool was nice and warm. Rooms and facilities were clean. Towels were rather spartan. Just a great experience.

We traveled with a small dog and were put in the back of the hotel where many people were hanging out around the entrance. There was an overflow of cigarette butts and garbage piled up on the sidewalk. We did not feel safe there. Breakfast was a waffle or toast with no butter available. They did have a few yogurts and cold cereal as well. We only got one washcloth for the two of us. On the positive side, the staff were friendly.
