You get what you pay for. Paint peeling in the bathroom. No remote for the tv. The breakfast was laking. It was a good bed for the night

The staff was so accommodating. Excellent excellent customer service the best that I've had at a hotel and a long long while. The stay was delightful. And the next time that we come into town for concert down at The vineyards for definitely making our reservations there again. And thank you to the two young men who was so polite and helped my mother after a fall.

Low cost hotel. Most of the building look ed to have recieved remodeling, Unfortunately, i dont think it is being maintained well. Entry and breakfast dates were nicely remodeled, but again, not maintained. The breakfast looks to be a nice full service breakfast layout. Whe. We went to breakfast, there was not much to choose from. Several waffle makers, some bread, a few drink selections. No fruit, no bagels, no pastries.

I'm growing tired of renting hotel rooms and not being able to count on even the bare minimum. Shower faucet was hanging off the wall. Tub didnt drain. We had two small bath towels and one wash cloth. No hand towel. no bathmat. Asked for one at the front desk at 8:00nd they said they would bring one at 9:30

I think they are in the process of remodeling or something. Construction supplies were randomly over the hotel. There were no pool towels. Or extra towels. Room was over all clean.
真实点评

2/10 较差

The sheets were stained which to me is the main thing I really want to be clean since I needed to get some rest. There were hairs on the tub and the tub/shower was very gross. Front desk staff was very nice but overall the place was less than satisfactory.

It smelled filthy. Transits all over the place. Looking for handouts the Pole didn't look clean. She found mold in my room. Overall place sucked

They made an error with the room they assigned us, and then tried charging our card for 2 extra nights. The rooms were in dire need of being remodeled with outdated walls and ceilings, holes in the walls of the shower where former brackets were removed. The breakfast offered waffles which were okay, but the coffee wasn’t even warm, tea was empty, 1/2 of the cereals were empty. There were random groups of people hanging out in the parking lot. The were no hand towels in our room, so we asked for some. They said they’d bring them right up. We waited up for two hours and they never showed up. We asked the next morning for a washcloth and a hand towel, and they looked and said they didn’t have anymore.
