It had rained and the walk to the front was a mix of water, mud and steppingstones. After we waded through the water and mud to get to the front door there was a sign that says come in. We went inside and after 5 minutes of walking around and calling out "hello" we found no one was there. I called the number from Hotels.com and someone answered and said they would be right there.
When she got there, she checked us in and took us to our room. The rooms are very small and with all the junk that they have in the room we only had room to put our 2 carryon bags on the floor resulting in just a narrow path to walk to the bed. Understand that this "Bed & Breakfast" in in a mobile home. The floors were dirty, and the place just generally did not smell clean.
We had just traveled 12+ hours through a snowstorm and were verry tired. All we wanted to do was lay down and sleep. After 4 hours of our small dog jumping up and down after something we could not see we called it quits. We packed up and left to find someplace that was more to our liking in Beatty. There the dog was calm, and we got a good night's sleep so we could continue our journey.
