就在市中心

房間內無衣櫃或其他可以收納行李及隨身包包的櫃子，所以我們只能放地上，希望能增設！ 洗手檯在房間內不是浴室內，早上梳洗完後滿地都是水，應加寬洗手檯！ 浴室的排水口堵塞，造成水流不通，且還有前客人的毛髮！ 沒有給足夠的衛生紙，其他飯店都會額外放備份衛生紙；第一次住到廁所不夠用拿房間內的使用情況… 隔音就如同其他投宿者留言真的非常不好！ 櫃檯服務人員非常親切！

地點好、舒適、整潔

整體來說很棒！地點就在礁溪最熱鬧的湯圍溝公園旁邊，無論是吃東西或買東西都相當方便。服務人員的態度也蠻親切的。這次入住雙人房，若不介意洗手台在浴室外面的話很ok~溫泉浴池很大，兩個人一起泡沒問題。 缺點就是隔音真的蠻不好的。還有停車場不大，很容易就停滿，詢問櫃檯人員表示如停滿要自己找位置，若是收費停車位也要自付，希望這點可以改進~下次還會想再入住

CP值高的溫泉旅館, 地理位置很好

優點就是離礁溪火車站步行約15分鐘, 但是礁溪街道鋪路關係對拉行李箱很傷. 地理位置真的很讚! 旅館樓下就是KFC, 旁邊就是湯溝園公園, 附近還有伴手禮買好買滿的店家. 房間內有溫泉可以泡, 房間冷氣可調整夠涼, 電視收訊良好, 房間空間很大. 櫃台服務人員態度好. 缺點: 因為是溫泉旅館, 所以大家泡澡時間不一, 半夜一早會被抽水的聲音吵醒 隔音不太好. 因為房間空間很大, 廁所相較來說太小, 洗手盆在外面容易濺水到地上. 然後進入泡澡池沒有另外可以踩的地方, 一定要坐姿入浴.

溫泉浴缸很大，但沒有臺階進出浴缸，有年級大的略顯不便。 住同樓層有家庭出遊，因分成2-3間去住，晚上11點-12點，以及早上9-10點，一直聽到小孩子大聲嬉鬧大叫，以及開關房門的碰撞聲，完全無法好好休息。 建議下次櫃檯可以提醒帶小朋友住宿的家長，克制一下家裡小孩。 地點離車站近，價格便宜，房間也蠻大的。
