We originally planned to stay two nights we didn't stay a full night there was roaches the AC did not work properly the windows since the AC didn't work we tried to open them they do not open it was a miserable stay. My advice as a season Traveler do not stay here save your money go someplace else. This hotel does not meet standards to the brand name.

Upon initial entry into the hotel room we noticed cockroaches running on the floor so we quickly requested a different room which we were provided. Room was so close to the freeway that noise was unsettling. We had a two night reservation but after arising the first morning and having no hot water we decided to move out (hotel reception admitted to having a water problem and apologized with kindness and courtesy so I give two stars instead of one). We asked for a refund for the unused second day of the reservation which was granted.

The place was not inevitable. The bed was sunken in the middle, no doors on the closets, the furniture and appliances were out dated and mixed match, the floor in the room was unsettling, there was dog poop in front as you walk out the room, seedy people sitting in their cars/ walking around, the lightning was low. Expedia needs to send a person out to these different hotels to look at these properties before putting them on their sight. Also, when I went to check in the payment didn't go through even though I brought my flight, vehicle, and stay in a bundle. Going back and forth with an Expedia representative via telephone calls.

This hotel is the filthiest rooms I ever saw in my life. I cannot believe they are allowed to even rent these rooms out. I refused to stay! They showed me another room same thing. They need to be reported to the health department. Thank goodness the Clarion hotel was right there and stayed there for a higher price. Staff was great. But unable to stay there. Disgusting!!!

Staff was great. Rooms are hot and the air barely keeps up. The floors even stayed hot (first floor). Places the flooring was lifting. The bed was good. Rooms need some work. The only view is the freeway. I just needed a place to crash while visiting. It was fine for that.
