We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard Beachfront. The staff were very accommodating and eager to meet your needs. Hotel was quiet and clean. The view of the beach was spectacular! The breakfast was superb and served with a smile.

I was disappointed that when we checked in and got to our room it had not been cleaned. We had to go back to the front desk and get another room. Later that night, I was in the room alone, thankfully I had used the extra lock on the door. The front desk had checked someone else in to our room and they were trying to come in.

Had a good view across the water to Ship Island with binoculars.You can see the fort with binoculars during the daytime.I had a problem getting my room. Rooms was not ready at checking in 3:00pm. I told them we was going shopping at the mall and was not going to room right then.They gave me a room and keycard said room would be ready when I get back. Came back at 7pm and room was not cleaned, had to get another room.Apparently they don’t have enough help to take care of the cleaning of rooms daily.
