Start with the good. Location is perfect. Room was comfortable. Instant coffee in the room was delicious. Unfortunately, there were some issues. Pool was closed. Pool bar had no power so no blender drinks. Food at the restaurants was meh. Hallways are so loud. Walls are paper thin. Patrons were loud. Heavy doors slamming all night. Phone didn’t work and never got fixed in a week. They did credit us about $600 at check out and we still had a great trip. Not a big fan of this hotel.

A modern, clean, friendly, and relaxing family stay. Being on the water, with a beachfront view, was such a treat. The nightly welcome hour was a big hit with our kids, as was the in room camping experience. We will absolutely stay here again.
