The staff was outstanding. The Customer Service was good as well. The Hotel is really in need of updating! Toilet barely flushed, the tile was buckling, the carpet was rippling causing a possible tripping situation. The Casino has very rough clientele! Lots of Homeless in the casino. Lots of homeless on the streets surrounding the hotel. We will honestly not return to this hotel when coming to Reno.

Very run down. When we got to the room, there were no blankets or a comforter. When I called about it, she said she'd have to check!?! They did end up bringing a blanket and comforter. I had also reserved a king size bed and got a queen. Area around hotel very dodgy and unsafe. The place is falling apart and needs renovation.
