Check in was good. Not told from description that there would be an upstairs. It said toiletries included but that didn’t include shampoo/conditioner or bath soap. Deck and parking spot covered with tons of branches. Hair dryer had hair in it and on it. Description said only service animals allowed, but my wife who is allergic to dogs started sneezing as soon as we entered the room. Also saw someone else with a dog on property and didn’t look to be a service dog. Description did not say we needed to strip the beds and put sheets in bags and also put dirty towels in a bag. We only knew from what we read on line.

The bathroom vanities need to be brought up to standard heights of about 34-36 inches. Master bedrooms only have one vent and on the cool side during winter months. Small brown ants around kitchen refrigerator. Did a good job on removing snow during our stay. Friendly staff.

Loved your location. We were originally placed in one of the townhomes, but when the locks/key didn't work, we were upgraded to the stand-alone house #106, which was wonderful! We loved the entire house - kitchen was great and stocked perfectly and all the rooms were big and comfortable. We hope to be back again soon!

The room was very clean and large. It was perfect for two people. The unit we stayed in was about .25 miles from clubhouse. So since it was cold, we didn't use the indoor pool. Staff was friendly. They have a game room where you can play table tennis and air hockey among other games. For the money, it was well worth staying there.

Great centralized location for all of our travel destinations. Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, Hyannis, Chatham and Provincetown. Very clean and spacious accommodations. Highly recommend for families with small children.

My son has a service dog and always has due to having diabetes. We have stayed at many hotels throughout the years and I am well aware of my son’s rights and the laws of what hotels are allowed to do and NOT allowed to do. They are allowed to ask you two questions regarding the nature of the disability and what service the dog provides. I emailed them the answer to the two questions prior to arrival as they demand you must in their page long service dog/pet policy. I arrive and they check me in without an issue. Then I get my phone blowing up the next day saying I need to come in and sign their service dog policy and they need to go over it. I said I emailed you prior to arrival your two questions and that’s all I am required to do. Then I end up goi g to

Front desk was friendly and efficient. Two bedroom was nicely laid out. Didn’t really use kitchen but it was there if we needed it. Pool and other amenities available too. Would stay again.

Very quiet and clean property! I had a 2 bedroom/kitchen/livingroom/diningroom You have to put all the sheets/pillow cases/towels in bags for the housekeeping when you leave, which I think is odd since you have to pay a cleaning fee! Loved the convenience of washer/dryer in my room There are no blackout curtains, only blinds There was no tv in the 2nd bedroom. The cable didn't have a lot of choices and no Netflix. I had to watch off my phone app. The WiFi/service (I have Verizon's) is very weak for approximately a mile in the outside surrounding area, so set your directions before you leave. Bigger stores like Target/BJs/TJMaxx are 20-30 min away. Overall it was as great place to stay for a long period of time.
