Maybe because it looked as though part of a rail was missing above the end of the bath.The carpets heading to the first floor had wrappings lying around and weren't cleaned during our stay. Staff are brilliant here. Tam the chef makes tasty meals ,can recommend the carvery for an evening meal and the pancakes at breakfast were yummy. Natasha served breakfast, she's a breath of fresh air, happy and cheerful in the morning, but all the staff are great. The tables could do with a bit of TLC it brings the overall look down a bit.
