I was happy to see the variety at the breakfast buffet. I was a little disappointed that the oatmeal was very watery, but happy it was an option. The bakery options were nice, although not restocked in the time I was sitting there.
I found the room to be comfortable, however, like most three star hotels, the pillows leave a lot to be desired. The carpets in the room are showing their age and feeling it as well. Hopefully they plan on upgrading soon.
The staff was friendly and typical of this budget level.
I must mention that I was very unhappy with the presence of a pet dog in the breakfast seating area.
I know that many people love their dogs and their widely accepted, but I personally feel there is no place for a dog sitting on the furniture during a meal or frankly anywhere around my food.. allowing them in the hotel and staying in your room. I have no problem with, but keep them out of the eating areas unless their service animal in this was not a service animal.
