Generally this was pretty good. Location wise this is really convenient. I had an apartment which has tidy albeit could have done with a bit of an upgrade (nothing that would prevent me coming back) The lifts were out of order for most of my stay and the room is quite loud so if you're a light sleeper take ear plugs

The room was very clean, and was all we needed for a weekend stay. We had the Buffet breakfast and were pleased with the variety and quality of the food. We would recommend The Batman on Collins.

It’s in need of a refurbish and a bit musty in some rooms. The room we were entirely moved to was quiet and clean - easy to sleep. Position is good.

Staff were responsive and helpful, polite. Noise from room above unacceptable- notified staff who responded immediately. Smoke detector flashed bright white light all night- had trouble sleeping.

I had a pleasant stay at Batman’s Hill on Collins. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Melbourne, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. A great spot for anyone looking for convenience and comfort during their stay in the city.

Stayed for 4 nights and the hotel is in the perfect location! Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Only one lift in use for 4th floor and no stair access would be the only downside. Clean and comfortable room! Would definitely return to Batman’s on Collins in the future. Thank you.
