Hotel was nicely renovated and very clean. Front desk was abandoned at checkout time and the betraying factor for the facility's age was the poor water pressure in the shower. Booked this stay specifically for the hot tub and pool… hot tub is of course out of order as soon as I get here. Then next day the pool is closed for “maintenance.” Shouldn’t have to pay extra for amenity fees when the amenities aren’t working. Or at least advertise it online so customers know what they’re paying for.

Everything was wonderful !!! This is my new home away from home now. We were there visiting my sister in law, and she put us up there. I will NEVER stay anywhere else when I come to Boardman. The room was like home, and the breakfasts were awesome. We extended our stay because we had such a good time. Whatever you are doing, keep it up. I can't wait to come back!!!!!
