The property was run down. The rooms smelled like cigarettes. The dead bolt didnt work on door. Curtains for windows were full of holes. Could see threw them. Towels we stained and dirty looking. We did not stay at the hotel. Front desk area is deceiving on how the rest of hotel looks. Would not book there again or recommend it anyone to stay there.

I’m always here! Would give it a 4/5 because sometimes I get rooms that don’t have hot water to shower & white towels are always dirty (they should invest something in new towels) but overall 4/5 they do got breakfast probably have only ate it twice but it’s good food.

The room didn’t look like we thought it did. The towels were dirty. Remote broken, bedding wasn’t made properly, mattress wasn’t even with the bottom box. People hanging around the place and knocking at the door asking for money. I had to go and stay somewhere else cause I didn’t feel safe staying there.I will not go back. My experience was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Room 287 was in very poor condition. Mold above the door on the ceiling. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Lots of chips/holes in the walls. Could hear footsteps and voices before they got near our door.Front desk was rude and unhelpful. Looked like many people living there or homeless.

They gave us a room with two beds when the one I had booked was with one and apart from that the floor the bed everything was dirty we told the receptionist again what was happening and she changed us to another one that was worse there was a smell of marijuana, mud on the floor water everything was unpleasant…

At a low price, I do not have super-high expectations, but I DO expect what was advertised. When making the reservation, having a breakfast (even just cereal and coffee) was a huge consideration. So it was very frustrating to check-in and learn that breakfast willing not be offered because the motel is too empty. To me, that is false advertising. I *paid* for that breakfast. In addition, the linens (towels and sheets) all had ugly stains on them. They seemed clean, but it is hard to look past the stains.

Not a recommended place to go. Was given room 112 immediately I noticed the glass was cracked I let the clerk know he had no damn clue so took a picture. Next the television cable wasn’t working of course no maintenance till 8 am they never came by. Free breakfast closed. And when I check out no communication ask me how my stay was anything. I just stayed here to save money last time next time I’ll go to Wilkes barre motor lodge much nicer and friendly caring staff
