room was ok....did keep cool no hair dryer...you had to ask at front desk for one... needed a second room key and there was nobody around @ 7in the morning on saturday to get me a second key for my boyfriend. nobody changed out our towels on day 2 and when we asked they said we had to call front desk. phone in room didn't work. tried to call main line and got an AI assistant which didn't help. we went to front desk @ 5 and they gave us the very last towel set....which was missing a hand towel and washcloth. needed a second room key and there was nobody around @ 7in the morning on saturday to get me a second key for my boyfriend. continental breakfast ok on Saturday. on SUNDAY, went at 6:30 and no fruit except apples, was only a few pieces of bread and packaged pasteries (a little stale) should have gotten a discount on stay

Lovely woman at the check-in counter, very personable and made the check-in process short and smooth as possible. She offered options on location for our room, which was helpful because my mother has mobility issues. Hotel has a great location and offers a free basic breakfast with plenty of seating. Keeping in mind the great value you get for this hotel the room was without tissues, cups for rinsing your mouth and brushing your teeth, and a trashcan. I did reply to a check-in text, asking for these materials, but did not receive them. The TV was analog and only offered one clear picture. The rest of the channels were fuzzy. we stayed in room 110. The bedsheets had small holes but sheets were overall clean and well-made. I had a comfortable night sleep. The most disappointing part was going into the restroom and seeing a cockroach scurry across the countertop. The other guests were quiet and the heating unit worked well. Overall, the friendliness of the staff is probably not enough to have me return. I’ll probably pay a higher cost for more ammenities and cleaner room.

4 lamps, one had a light bulb when we asked for some they were never given til after we asked a fourth person. The toilet was leaking all over the floor. No one came to check it or fix it. We were giving towels to lay on the floor. I had holes in my bath towelThere was no toilet paper holder so we had to be extra careful not to let it fall to the floor luckily I bring wipes everywhere I go. I asked for an extra blanket I was given a sheet. I had to doordash a blanket. Breakfast was absolutely horrible. Bread was stale, bananas were to unripe to eat there were signs saying we couldn't take our breakfast back to our rooms despite the lack of heat in dinning area, people were eating with coats on. And to top it off we found weed in our room. I will never stay or recommend anyone to stay there.

The room smelled heavily of cigarettes. to the point where i smelled like cigarettes for a whole day. and had to wash all my cloths right away when i got home. the door i believe used to be white but is so yellow form the smoking its crazy.
i pretty sure this door was originally white because there's no way this was "artistic" Choice
