Yo iba con adultos mayores, de movilidad limitada, y silla de ruedas, así especifique al contratar, y es muy difícil correr el pasillo de alberca en silla de ruedas por las rejas de coladeras, el baño tiene un escalón hacia abajo lo cual es complicado en nuestras situación. La ropa de cama súper calurosa en un clima tan caliente, solo cobijas no todas las camas sábanas Al cerrar el baño por dentro, no había forma de salir quede atrapada porque tenía un pasador liso que al cerrar no había forma de abrir, las ventanas no se habrían y con ayuda de familiares logré salir notifique en recepción porque alguien sin la misma suerte corre el riesgo de quedar atrapado, que no lo escuchen y le falte el aire en corto tiempo. Adicional en el estacionamiento se robaron las llantas de 3 autos estacionados el mío por fortuna no, pero el uno de mis amigos si sufrió la perdida, no fue una grata experiencia

Todo fatal con el hotel desde la recepción hasta la habitación en general pésimo necesita mucho mantenimiento y limpieza en lo personal la habitación con toallas sucias habitación sucia sin agua en el WC el control de la TV no servía el ventilador solo daba a la pared la piscina con el agua turbia nada que ver con las fotos del lugar yo creo las fotos eran cuando inauguraron por qué ni siquiera la fachada coincidían pésima experiencia

La estancia en lo general es buena pero los accesorios en el baño ya están muy cansados. De la regadera sales algunos hilos de agua apuntando a diferentes direcciones y resulta muy complicado el baño. En el lavabo los herrajes lucen verdes y oxidados, el wc estaba estrellado y el marco del espejo muy gastado. Es un buen lugar para quedarse si no te fijas mucho en el sanitario, las albercas lucen limpias y el personal en todo momento fue amable.

Eso me da pie a pensar que Expedía no checa las instalaciones antes de subirlas a su aplicación??? Estaría bien que CHECARAN cada lugar por si mismos, ya que con estas sorpresas, ya no dan ganas de conservar dicha aplicación!!
