The service and staff are amazing, very friendly, nice. Room service is good, the bed and the room are neat. The toilets and showers are well cleaned. The towels are also clean. The breakfast was delicious. However, I didn't really like the neighbor who lived there during this vacation (I've been staying here with my family for about 15 years), he was very noisy, he got drunk at night, cursed because he had locked the room keys, and cursed for a very long time because he couldn't open them. Because of this, he woke me up from my sleep and I was very scared. And my son is even afraid to go to the toilet, because the toilet is shared, which is in the common corridor. I wanted to ask that very drunk people not be allowed into the rooms, because it's not very nice to be woken up in the middle of the night screaming, cursing, because it disturbs the children. Thanks .

Overall we had a good stay. We had a room with a beautiful view out to sea but unfortunately it was only a standard room which meant we didn’t have our own bathroom. The sheets were crisp and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, it is a beautiful old building which is very much in need of a refurb.

The hotel was nice the bed was comfortable and staff was friendly but the music was to loud from the pub below so couldn’t sleep till it was turned off after 11.00pm found it expensive what I paided for 4 days stay and didn’t like the shared toilets on the landing no aircom in the hotel room just standing vans that didn’t work properly didn’t like the shower cubicle in the bedroom all the pipe to the shower was black where it’s not been cleaned .
