EVEN WITH THE CONFIRMATION, THEY DID NOT HAVE MY ROOM AND HAD NO VACANCY. THEY SAID THEY HAD NOT CHECKED THEIR EXPEDIA ACCOUNT, SO MY PAID FOR RESERVATION WAS NO GOOD. THEN THEY SENT ME ACROSS TOWN TO A DIFFERENT SISTER COMPANY AND PROMISED A DISCOUNT FOR THE TROUBLE, BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE DISCOUNT EITHER.
