O quarto foi decepcionante. Cheiro absurdo de mofo. Escuro e sem ventilação visto que precisa abrir as janelas pra entrar luz solar. Se abre a janela entra mto mosquito. O ar condicionado mto barulhento e fedido. Na primeira noite foi mto difícil d epois limparam , tiraram os tapetes melhorou um poucoas com o uso do ar, piorou igual. Chuveiros não esquentam e o elétrico sai pouca agua. Mto caro pra pouca qualidade oferecida no quarto. Restaurante mto bom. Funcionários mto bons. Mas longe de inserir em pousada de roteiro de charme .

Fiquei muito empolgado com a seleção dos sabonetes, achei super interessante, mas tudo acabou quando vi os potinhos de shampoo/condicionador. Já existem mais opções mais modernas de colocar estes itens, acabou todo o glamour. O chuveiro é uma experiência mista, ficou bom, mas acaba molhando muito o piso. No café da manhã, achei opções frias pouco variadas e ao pedir algumas opções quentes (queijo quente), eu achei bem seco. No mais a pousada é muito boa, recomendo bastante e pretendo voltar. Apenas feedback visando a melhoria dos serviços.

Acomodações limpas e bem cuidadas, roupa de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. Fizemos upgrade para o Bangalô Rainha, pois já estaríamos hospedados nele na noite anterior. Equipe muito eficiente, atendeu prontamente as solicitações. O café da manhã é servido em 3 etapas, com opções em buffet e à la carte. A pousada tem jardinagem impecável. Lembre que é uma pousada em região de mata, portanto há abundância de animais, como araras, seriemas, cigarras, marimbondos, aranhas etc. Mas tudo faz parte da experiência.

Pontos ruins: o colchão muito mole (precisou ser trocado), e o wifi no chalé muito fraco (precisei usar meus dados móveis o tempo todo). Sugestão: disponibilizar água e café perto da piscina durante o dia, já que se paga uma diária muito alta e não temos nenhuma cortesia. Pontos fortes: todo o resto. A equipe é muito profissional, as instalações são ótimas, a piscina é excelente, o local é excelente e junto a uma reserva florestal. Então, vimos pássaros de todos os tipos passando por lá, inclusive araras e tucanos.
