Once outside we could not find a designated area for the shuttle. I followed the instructions in my email and called the hotel. The hotel clerk directed the shuttle driver to our location while we were still on the phone. (The shuttle was in the area.)The room was nice and clean but the frig. was making a noise that got loud at times also there was a rust spot on the right side of the bed base/frame.
