2/10 Terrible

Convenient, low staff availability so no pool, restaurant, breakfast, minimal room service
Evelyn, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great place Amazing staff! The rooms were quite big and nicely set up and decorated. By far the most comfortable, spacious, and over all nicest hotel iv stayed in so far! The lobby was super cool with gardens to walk through, elevators, the whole building is very nicely decorated and yeah just amazing rooms!!!
Joseph, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

The hotel is HUGE, and the staff are very nice, the room is very spacious and its a pet friendly stay. The hotel is under construction so the amenities are not available such as, the lounge bar or the pool or anything like that, but if your looking for a room to crash out in and have a pet then this place is good. Its very quiet there, no issues with the room, staff is VERY honest as they called us to let us know my husband left his wallet ( that alone says alot about the staff). A+A+A+
Jennifer, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Wasn't the cleanest, no restaurant, but quiet and able to rest.
janice, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

We booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub space. When we arrived it was closed with no signs of opening. Too late to find another place. Parking was not the best and service was mediocre.
BAngel, 2-night trip

Billy, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

My room was filthy old, the bed was old ol furniture looks like 100 years old the bathroom looks and feels sticky. They need a lot of work on the property.
Alex, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

I would never go back there again very unsafe.
Desiree, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Absolutely unacceptible. trash all over the place outside, inside just as dirty My room has debris all over the carpet, dead flies on the window sill, broken toilet wouldn't flush, unsanitary coffee pot in room, deteriorating desk chair not suitable to sit on. Pool broke. Hot tub broke. Continentail breakfast not offered/cancelled. No drinking fountain anywhere. Landscaping completely ignored. Very sketchy atmosphere, elevator smelled of cigarette smoke.
Vince, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The Room was good, I was the only guest on the 5th floor of executive suites of 85 rooms. Very Quiet. That was the best part of my stay. They mostly have people who live their all the time on other floors. The Restaurant and pool are no longer open. The area around the hotel may feel unsafe to some people. Parking lot is dark and remote from front door. Price was too high for not having any amenities.
David, 5-night trip

Comfortable stay

Even on a busy MSU graduation weekend, we had a very quiet stay and saw only a few other guests. This must have been a fun place for conventions pre-Covid before companies discovered they could do seminars on Zoom. It was sad to see the empty meeting rooms and lounge. Our room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything worked like it should. There were just some superficial things that were well worn, like some of the carpets, and the parking lots were a bit rough. The neighborhood was ok with several fast food and other options within a 5 or 10 minute drive. Overall, it was a pretty good value for the price.
3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Hotel should be closed for its own good, property should be converted into a strip mall. Hotel was dirty, unsanitary, there were stains around toilet, hard to flush, tub had residue, tv remote was missing battery cover, bed sheets had hair, moldy ceilings and smelly rugs, which may have activated my allergies, loose panels/trim, parking was inconvenient, no bottled water offered and no restaurant or store on site..such a waste of a large space..
Kenneth, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Gives you a place to sleep at night, can't complain too much. Parking had been confusing since the lot isn't attached to the building itself, but the staff had been super friendly and helped guide me to it. None of the amenities were available, as others have stated, so I can't speak on how they were. The location itself is nice, being walking distance for what I'd been going to, and not far from gas stations and food. I wouldn't recommend it to many, but I'd potentially stay there again.
Charles, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Everything was closed, the restaurant, the pool, everything. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable.

2/10 Terrible

The nicest thing I can day about this hotel is that they were prompt with a next day refund, As i left immediately after seeing the condition of the rooms.
Nick, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Huge room, very clean, close to stores I will definitely be back!
Jasmine, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Rooms were clean, gym, pool and restaurant were closed. The hotel is pretty run down and parking is pretty inconvenient. Not much in the area except fast food and gas stations, 15 minutes from campus. Staff was very nice and helpful
Joshua, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Book somewhere else if you can!!!! This place was really run-down and it's not like the pictures! The pool and amenities were not available due to "maintenance". No breakfast, there is only one way in and out in - which is at the front and the worker inconveniently placed my family and I at the very last room. I know for a fact there was not 584 booked rooms so why did we have to be placed so inconveniently especially when we booked weeks in advance. Bedding had stains and leather seat in the room was peeling badly. Water pressure in the bathroom faucet was weak and leaked out at the base. Shower curtain was stained and tub looked dirty. Just save yourself the money and book somewhere else!
Dia, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The property was clean with a convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the building itself has seen better days.
Rosalyn, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

The room was clean, and comfortable. The front desk clerk was polite and helpful
JoAnn, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Disappointed

This Hotel is definitely NOT what it used to be. I stayed at tgis Hotel several years ago and had a GREAT experience. Not so much this time. The associate at the front desk wasn't very friendly- didnt smile once. The room wasnt clean. There was a yellow rubber band on the floor and 2 fake finger nails so I KNOW the room wasn't efficiently cleaned. The pool and gym were BOTH out of service and there was NO breakfast! Thats one reason I chose this Hotel was because of the amazing breakfast they had the last time I stayed. On the plus side- the sheets and towels were clean and the shower head and water pressure were amazing! I WISH i wouldve taken pictures.
Jennifer, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Beautiful pond and courtyard, website should be updated The hotel is practically abandoned
Renee, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

This place should be shut down.
