While my stay was not unpleasant, I have some notes. Front of building did not match pictures on booking post, so at first, I was confused about whether or not I was at the correct place. The staff were helpful in explaining that this hotel was split between Fairfield and Delta (also not mentioned in booking post). My room was clean apart from some minor pieces of trash on the floor and a dark, worn sock that was near the beds. There was a small puddle of water on the floor from a fixed leak in the ceiling, not no consistent leak was found to warrant report. Breakfast was a simple spread, but filling enough when you’re on the go (English muffin sandwich was good!). Kitchen staff were helpful and eating area was clean. Upon checking out, I was charged for my room despite having prepaid through Hotels.com app. Situation was resolved easily by calling the hotel and customer service through Hotels.com and a refund for the extra charge has been initiated.

Hotel was under construction first room they put us in were right next door to three rooms being renovated got switched to another room with no iron and no bath towels when asked we got two for a three day stay and said they were very limited. The front desk staff was very helpful

This hotel in its glory days was probably amazing. It is huge. The landscaping is full of weeds, parking lot wasn’t much better. Hotel was fairly clean, but outdated. There is construction going on, however it never bothered us on the second floor. TV was brand new in the room. Check in and out was seamless. Staff was very nice. Bar Louie, not great. Food was good but service definitely lacked. Pool is closed indefinitely (didn’t affect my review, but just a heads up)

Wished the pool had been open. We had to make 3 trips to the desk because the room key stopped working even keeping it away from phones and other keys/cards. The batteries in the remote were dead and the staff struggled to find new ones. We had to visit 3 different floors to find a working ice machine. One of the pillow cases on the bed had blood stains on it. The only good things were the location and the convenience of a restaurant on site.

Disappointing

As a HolidayInn Property, this location was quite disappointing. Our family member's room had bed bugs. She was then moved to another room and it had roaches. There was no breakfast provided. Not enough towels. When asked for more I was provided with 1. The only reason I didn't give it one star was because the bug situation didn't happen in my room. The best part of the stay was the restaurant- Round table formerly Bar Louie.
