After a long and tiring flight, I fell welcomed at Fiesta Americana Plaza Reforma. The hotel is spacious, clean and the staff is extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Thanks to my status I was upgraded, with access to the executive lounge with free breakfast and canapés in the evening. I had a wonderful experience in CDMX. I can’t thank enough Fiesta Americana for making me feel valued.

my go-to spot for value-for-money in CDMX

I have stayed in too many hotels to count in Mexico City and I have to say that for its price, the Fiesta Americana Reforma is probably among my top 3. They pretty much always give me an upgrade if they have the room, it's well located, and there are lots of amenities. Sure, it's a bit dated, but in a good way that is so prevalent in CDMX. In short, if this place is available, I am generally staying here, even if it is a bit further down Reforma. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at the Fiesta Americana on Reforma probably a dozen times over the years and, for its price, it never disappoints. Parts of it are sort of dated, but in a cool, midcentury modern kind of way. The staff is always nice and the rooms are comfortable. It's fitness center also punches above its weight for a hotel of this ilk. It's definitely high on my list of places to stay on my frequent business trips to CDMX.

By far my worst ever travel experience. Paid in advance for 9 days, messaged the hotel twice to inform them of my flight delays. Arrived at the time I had told them I would arrive at they cancelled my reservation leaving me to wander around on the street at night looking for another place to stay.
