The air conditioning wasn't turned on but Alessandro could not have been nicer. He was so accommodating and helpful. I was suspicious about all the 10 star reviews but after staying here, I know it's legit. The room was clean and very nice. Marble tile floors, sliding door shower and bed was comfy. It's out of the way from the tourist spots and in a quiet area but also close to Ponte Rialto.
