Had an unexpected stay in Regensburg when all trains to Munich were cancelled. This hotel was walkable from the train station. Staff were all amazing, courteous and friendly and spoke English which was so helpful after a stressful day. The restaurant had good food and delicious German beer. The rooms were nice, parking was convenient. I left a piece of clothing in the room and when I called the hotel many times, they said they didn't find it. I told 100% it was left behind the bathroom door, but they say they didn't find it. Not true because I noticed it when we got to other hotel.
