A great place and rare roomy in a city like Tokyo, only thing is you might need to walk a bit everyday if you need to ride subways on daily basis, they do have shuttle services every 30min. But sometimes you would rather walk instead of waiting. However, that isn’t much of a problem. Staff are always nice and courteous, helpful. Clean room, amazing view to see Mount Fuji from far, when sky clear in the morning, it is beautiful!

Excellent customer service, great location, wonderful views, excellent food, hands down it was an amazing experience from the beginning of our stay until check out, would definitely stay again, exceeded all expectations. Aging, but still full of grace

This hotel is showing its age, but will soon shut down for a refurbishment. Despite parts already closed, such as the famous New York bar, the hotel won us over with the staff's excellent attention to detail and helpfulness. Nothing beats the views, food, and class of this place, even as the furniture is definitely starting to look 20 years old.
