Great hotel for the price.

Was in town for a funeral. Ended up making it an overnight stay for the grand babies to swim. The hotel was very nice & clean. Everyone was super friendly. The hotel is older and could use some remodeling, but not a bad hotel for the price.

Radisson Hotel in Suburban Louisville

This hotel is only about a 5-minute drive to downtown Louisville. It is a large hotel, admittedly in need of a facelift, but it was excellent in its convenient location and excellent room rates. I will plan to stay here again when I next travel to Louisville.

I had a great stay, at your nice hotel. You accommodated, with all my needs. When I had an issue with my keys you brought the new ones, and showed me how to open the door. I have family there so I will be using your hotel every now and again. Thank you for your services, you have a great hotel.

The rooms were offered at an amazing rate and the location worked wonderfully for my family. We were driving through the area to visit family and needed to get a good nights rest before hitting the road again. The front desk staff was amazing, he was warm, personable, and efficient. We were able to get to adjoining rooms so we could rest while the kids watched tv. The rooms was fine, dated, but fine. But the bathroom was horrible. It appeared to have not been deep cleaned, other than that it worked for our needs

A hop and skip to downtown Louisville

Excellent location to Louisville, though we actually spent more time in Jeffersonville and Clarksville. Hotel is a tad old, but the lake was well populated with ducks and geese. Even little fowl families! Property could use some updates, but it is clean and the rooms are very spacious!

My wife and I stay there often. Hotel is inexpensive, clean, convenient and safe. Staff was friendly but service was a little lacking in the restaurant and bar. Super nice indoor pool for the kids. Could easily be a four star hotel with a little better service. Nothing to complain about considering the price.

The hotel had a lot of nice spaces and a beautiful view. The bathroom was very outdated and the tub had a lot of peeling paint and a jet tub that had been sealed with caulk. I was not comfortable taking a bath in the tub. But, the common areas, pool, and rest of the room were excellent.

Never before Never again

Clear sign on the door. I told her we were not fully dressed. She scanned her card and walked in anyways. She advised us, yes she was allowed to go in any room at any time. We asked to talk to the manager. He shows up at our door and asks us to leave. We had to call the police to get our refund. Never again!! Foreign owned and ran!
