The breakfast options through the week was awful. You choose between 2 different breakfast wraps or breakfast sandwich in the coffee bar. They were cold. Drinks were not included. Saturday breakfast buffet was really good. Rooms were very cleand. Quiet hotel and close to everything downtown. Ice machine was broken and we had to travel 2 floors up to get ice. No microwaves in the rooms.

It was clean but rooms are older......but again VERY clean!!!!! Our main issue was with the ac & the fronk desk employees. When we went down to let them know our ac wasnt blowing cold. Their only response, "well did you adjust your thermostat?" Yes it was set at 60, it was only 80 outside, but we were so sweaty all night. They were "full" so I guess another room wasnt an option. The employee working the front desk was not friendly, nor helpful. Breakfast was a subpar small buffet for $17, we passed. Parking was easy and weve been here for events before. So we knew the hotel well. All and all it was an okay stay.

Front desk staff here is lovely. We checked into an unmade room originally, but the sweet gal at the desk promptly upgraded us to a new room on the top floor with no questions and from there our night was great!
