Lovely hotel. Beautiful and comfortable lobby with full bar and a restaurant. Diane does a great jov at the coffee bar and will do her best to make your request. Elevators were slow and water pressure was a little low. Otherwise, the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

6/10 Good

All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The bartender was fabulous. The food and cocktails were delicious! My dissatisfaction was mostly with the upkeep of the property. My air conditioner in my room was not amazing. It never reached the desired temperature. The ice machines on several floors were out. I also found out that they don't do a full clean of the room during the day. My room was half done: only trash is emptied, a dirty towel was left behind but the toilet seat was up and new role of toilet paper?

8/10 Very good

We love staying here!! The fitness center is large and has many cardio machines, weights and a few machines. The staff is friendly and helpful. My son loves the indoor/outdoor pool so I booked the first week of June for 3 days. The pool was closed the entire time for maintenance the first week of summer so he didn’t get to sw at all. If I would have know this I would have just chosen another hotel.
