This is my first time bringing my dog with me on a road trip so I was worried but I have a very pleasant stay. Room is very clean, no bad odor, front desk was very friendly and attentive. Location is nice and quiet and only 7min from Downtown Williamsburg and an hour from Virginia Beach.

Convenient to Bush Gardens and good breakfast but that's it. It was clean but not spotless. I didn't like that the hotel is on the side of the road, I felt very out there... lobby is small, again, not the nicest. No flexibility at all with room while hotel looked empty. If you want to feel a bit nice and special while away from home, keep looking. I stayed at better hotels in Williamsburg for just a little bit more money. If you just want to crash, wake up and eat, this is good.

I whole heartedly recommend this hotel when staying in Williamsburg. The rates are super reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. If you stayed in 2025 (Before December) Please go again as it is under new ownership. We stayed over New Year's Eve so we could go to Busch Gardens to watch the Fireworks. During Check in the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. The free breakfast had loads of options from scrambled eggs and sausage to waffles. There was cereal and Oatmeal as well. Upon checkout we met the owner and learned he had just acquired this Hotel in December (2025). We praised him on the renovations so far and told him we would be back this summer.
