I arrived at the hotel during posted checkin, but there was no one at the front desk. I waited approximately 30 minutes and no staff member came out. the hotel did not resolve the issue. Because there was no way to check in, I had to leave. Later, when customer service contacted the hotel, staff claimed they were present, which was not my experience. Very disappointing and frustrating situation. They did not refund my money back and was asking for cancellation fee. Even though it was their mistake!
