This is very clean hotel, they gave me new linens and changed the sheets on the bed for my first night because my son was incontinent, the parking is close to the hotel. 10 out of 10 Stay!

The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a welcome sight after a long day of skiing in the mountains. The in-house restaurant was superb.

Overall, I had a great experience at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was 7.5/10 nice, the overall hotel was well kept and clean. One note - I decided to go on a hike one of the days that I was there and actually developed some bad blisters, so I called the front desk to see if they had any band aids that they could deliver. They were at my door within minutes, and it is obvious that they care about their guests and providing great service. The only issue that I experienced was with the hot water in my shower. I noticed the first day that I got there that the shower wouldn't get very hot, but didn't complain about it and figured that 'it is what it is'. They did eventually deliver me a note/letter informing me that they were having an issue with that floor and the hot water output, which I appreciated.

Short walking distance to everything from shopping to food options. Ample parking and Avis rental car drop off. Room was nice but also of the fixtures needs repairs - towel rack, sink faucet and toilet seat cracking. Comfortable King bed, no issues Central heat/cooling Good water pressure
