Smelled strongly of weed in all parts of hotel. Could hear conversations in room next to us. No shower gel. No coffee. Holes in wall in bathroom. Faucet not secured to sink. Had to request bedding for fold out couch. Not worth the money paid.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life. The whole hotels smells like weed. My room was on the top floor facing the freeway and it had a terrible smell of weed all night. I could not sleep at all. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. Coffee was terrible too. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. There are much better hotels near Airport, which are a little more pricy, but do come with breakfast included.

Overall this place was better than what we expected upon arrival. When we first arrived, the staff was very nice although some of the guests were questionable. The one operating elevator was a little scary, so we took the stairs up 7 floors when possible. The room itself was clean. It had a nice balcony. Our toliet ran a little, but jiggling the handle helped and fixed the noise. No bugs, no outside noise, staff was very nice. The hallway on the floor we were staying did have a stale smoke smell. Our room didnt though and that was good. Very convenient location, less than a 15 minute drive to anywhere in the city. A hardees within walking distance, but all the other restaurant nearby you have to drive to. Felt relatively safe outside the hotel at night.

Problem-front desk lady put us in a room when we got to room we realized the room was already occupied, we went to lobby so she could fix it and she rolled her eyes and got rude she continued to be rude the rest of the time she was there and the next night as well even when we asked for bedding for the pull out couch. When we pulled the couch out there was someone’s old tshirt and dirty boxers folded in it which was nasty, I didn’t bother telling her at front desk as she wasn’t gonna be willing to help. I’ve stayed here multiple times and never had this occur but never have I dealt with this lady. Everything else was great!

The front desk staff members were great and very helpful. That said, the conditions were less than stellar. Photos seen on the website and booking sites were misleading as to how bright and updated the rooms appeared. The room condition was very musty and dark. There was a balcony but the door handle was broken off, making opening the door to air out the room very difficult. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair on the floor (not our hair), bathroom walls appeared to have bug spots or mold spots? Not sure what they were. But didn’t look like they were supposed to be there. Elevator made loud noises and caused panic when going up to our floor. Didn’t feel entirely safe. Overall, the staff was great. However, I didn’t feel the hotel room was cleaned to the standard of the price paid.

The whole hotel smelled like weed the entire stay. The elevator seemed to only work going up. Our room had a balcony, the door to said balcony didnt latch. Only the bent security bar kept it closed. Staff were nice. Room initially smelled clean. Room was clean aside from 2 cans of modelos in the trash can.
