My mom and brother stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Their room was always very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team took great care of them throughout their stay. The transfer service was reliable and punctual, which made their stay much easier. A very special thank you to Gamze, who prepared breakfast with such kindness and attention. Her warm attitude and excellent service made their mornings truly enjoyable. We also appreciate the front desk team for being helpful and welcoming throughout their stay.
