I stayed in room 1401 the billing is really clean. Staff is really nice eating dinner. Here is so delicious. Breakfast is so delicious. Staff is really nice. I definitely recommend the public to come and stay here for a weekend or visit downtown Chicago tours attractions. I was there for one night. It was a great price and it came with 2 complimentary drinks per person and a breakfast voucher. Staff was very nice from check in to staff at breakfast. The room was nice and spacious. All clean, no complaints. I thought it was a buffet style breakfast but it was a dine in experience. The bar was packed and they only had one bartender. It took over 10 mins to get a drink.

The room was cleen enough, it smelled musty, but looked clean, rather out dated, IKEA furnished. Staff was friendly. I was told on check-in that i owed more money for the amenities, which was quite expensive for breakfast and a cocktail ($125/person) the hotel itself is pretty worn around the edges. I was awoken at 715 am to construction on the facade outside my window and was offered a new room for the remaining 4 hours rather than a reduction in rates. Kinda disappointed
