Fantastic place to stay in tokyo
Mario, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Amazing staff and great room. Amenities were helpful and overall a great location.
Robert, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Amazing hotel. A short walk from stations (not a good option if you have too much luggage unless you take a taxi) but the rooms are comfortable and the Onsen is incredible. Everything looks sleek and modern but also traditional Japanese. I would stay here over and over and would also recommend it to my friends.
Renata, 4-night trip

Pleasant stay, very clean staff was great. Will stay here again.
Pamela, 3-night trip

Incredibly relaxing stay, wonderful staff and in a great location.
Corey, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Room was very clean, lovely view of the city horizon, we didn’t have time to partake the Onsen, as we walked and walked the surrounds of the hotel and Shinjuku. Close to shops and a very handy convenience store just opposite. The restaurant food was very authentic and of beautiful presentation. Staff were fabulous and the bed was was very comfy.
Claudia, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Everything was impeccable! The only change I’d make would be better pillows as they were very hard, both my partner and I complained of having jaw pain from them.
Kyla-leigh, 4-night trip

Great hotel. Loved the rooftop onsen. Would definitely look to stay here again when back in Tokyo.

If you want to be a little bit away for the noise of Shinjuku, it’s perfect! Great hotel, with amazing facilities.
Martine, 1-night trip

The onsen on the roof was extremely nice, especially the outdoors one with the view over Shinjuku.

Oasis in Shinjuku

A relaxing and peaceful place in central Tokyo, this hotel has incredible food and a good little onsen onsite. The rooms are compact, but efficient. The neighbourhood is quiet, but a short walk to the hustle and bustle.
Thomas, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very quiet and relaxing. Staff were very nice and polite. The only gripe I had was the lighting for makeup was very poor, but other that I would highly recommend to stay in.

Amazing experience

Great and super friendly service who helped me with my Suica app/car when I couldn’t understand a single word. The onsen + japanese breakfast + the view makes this hotel so worth it!
Selma Vaage, 1-night trip

Great hotel, just a bit far from the subway
Sarah, 2-night trip

Yuen rejuvenation

Top drawer location, quiet neighborhood with full services 10" walk from heart of Shinjuku and station. Staff is energetic, enthusiastic, and embodies perfection in craft. Chefs provide 4-5 star service and personal touch cuisine, afternoon tea with traditional red bean pancakes; onsen with seasonal mint a huge plus.
Kelvin, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely quiet place to stay with an added bonus of an onsen to relax in.
Catherine, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

A quiet little hotel with a very zen-like atmosphere. The room was small, but that is to be expected. The onsen bath was a big hit, and the Japanese breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. Drawback: no in-room safe which was surprising, and a bit of a walk to metro station.
Kate, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very impressive classic, tasty Japanese breakfast. Beautiful quiet onsen, that opens long hours and offers ice cream as a treat afterwards. The short coming is it seems a bit far from night life and day activities, and you have to buy detergent from the outside to use its laundry machine. But in general, a very nice hotel for foreigners.
Ying, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Onsen: Yes, Ryokan: No

This is not and should not be associated with the work “ryokan”. I felt that was very misleading as there weren’t any traditional ryokan amenities like karaoke, bars, shops, or games. The onsen was packed with people, and the Sukiya felt more like a gimmick as you weren’t really engaging in activities with others.
Marc, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Perfect
Imanol, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Cool, traditional Japanese lodging option. A serene escape from the bustle of the busy city. Try the Japanese Nellie, so good!
