We stayed in 3 hotels with our group of 4 people the whole trip. This was our first room and ended up being the best. It was nice to have us all in one room it was comfortable had a decent bit of space, balcony, etc. only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is our AC was locked at a temperature that kept the room very warm and there was in the upper area a kind of janky patch job in the drywall. We tried the tvs once and couldn’t get them to connect to a channel or anything it I won’t diss them on that as we tried only once the final night for like 10min and didn’t ask the staff for help because we were going to sleep anyways and didn’t really spend too much time in the room itself while we were there.

Great hotel for families!

Our family had an amazing time staying at the Gladius Inn Hotel! It was so nice to find a hotel that could accommodate a family with 3 kids where no one had to sleep on the floor! Our kids loved that their bed was in the loft portion, and the beds were very comfortable! The hotel manager was very kind and helpful, offering to help us order taxi’s and give advice. The location was also beautiful and very convenient! We had a great stay and will likely stay here again when we return to Georgia!

Overall, we had a good experience, but there were a couple of minuses. We arrived around 4 pm, but the room was not yet fully ready, they still needed to change the linen. After 5 hours on the road with 3 kids, this was a bit disappointing. The kids loved the room, though, the loft area was great. We had to leave at 7 am the next morning, which was before breakfast time. The receptionist who checked us in said that she would try to have a boxed breakfast for us to take, which we would have greatly appreciated. However, the receptionist in the morning said that he had no idea about this when we checked out in the morning. We were just there for one night and the overall experience was good, but there was clearly a breakdown in communication at some point, without which the experience could have been great.
