Great rooms, staff, very clean. Shout out to the amazing, friendly, hard working, kind gentleman working service during breakfast. My parents stay here every time they visit. It is always clean and the staff are great. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be treated like a true guest.

Definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Check in was quick and easy, lobby was beautiful, complimentary coffee and infused water was a great touch. We had a king room and the bed was very comfortable and we liked that the heat and air was a wall controlled thermostat. We will definitel book this hotel specifically when in the area.

Good hotel, enjoyed the breakfasts staff was nice. Feel like they need more attention to detail on small things like picking up trash in parking lot and dirty flag, small stuff. They get the big stuff right as far as room cleanliness etc goes.

Every time I stay there the rooms are spotless I've never had an issue, and when I have had an issue it was addressed immediately taking care of immediately and I was completely satisfied. Both Crystal who always works a front desk every time I'm there, and Alex the owner are both very nice and wonderful people

Although there was a full kitchen, there were no pots or pans, no silverware, no dishes and none available at the office, they said they were all stolen. There were roaches in room and in the microwave. The bathroom was old and outdated. The toilet was loose. Had I not prepaid with a gift card I would have left and debated my money back. I’ve stated extended stay breakfast before it had very good experiences. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel.

The front door was propped open by the deadbolt lock. The room smelled awful. The kitchen did not have any bowls, plates or silverware, rendering it useless. The pool was covered and looked unmaintained and the hot tub (featured in a picture) did not exist.

The hotel was not to the standards that were presented online. Upon arrival it was rundown, pool was covered with debris and leaves, the hotel room itself had bedbugs and roaches. The tub looked like it was not properly cleaned. I had booked a studio suite with a sofa bed and initially got a 1 single room until having to go back to the front desk. Upon opening the sofa bed, there was not a new sheet, but yet the old one was balled up and it was covered in food and crumbs. The mattress itself had crumbs as well.

Nothing is to like about this place the exception of clean towels. The pool is not open, basketball court is not complete. The room smells of mold. This is more an apartment complex than hotel, and should not be advertised as a hotel for guests. Had I not pre-booked room we would not had stayed the night.

This is an establishment for folks looking for a bridging option for very little cash and long terms. Additionally, the expense on expedia is wildly inflated compared to the standard rates on site. A lot of finaggling will be needed to receive any sort of refund.
