This is a very convenient hotel. It is located near a public transportation station, the Chamartin metro station, so it facilitates you to move from one place to another, and your hotel. It is a nice hotel, and the staff was kind.

Great location and restaurant

We were taking an early morning train at this location was ideal. It is nothing fancy but it works and you can’t beat the convenience. There is also a bowling place next to it. We had a dinner at the hotels restaurant and the service was truly one of the best in our whole trip. We were traveling with an 8 month old and a 4 year old and they made our dining experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

The station is under heavy construction so the surroundings are very dirty and noisy. The hotel is nice, well located and convenient if you will take the train or the metro. But the construction makes it complicated.

It felt like rundown college housing. The internet security was outdated so I was unable to connect (no internet). The room was too hot (no AC or control of it). Many things in the room were loose (no attention to detail). The two saving graces were proximity to the train station and the family room.
