Staff was wonderful, and the hotel in general was great. However, I was surprised to find no parking spots open on the premises after I had paid for parking. I was told I would receive a refund and I’m sure I will. As for the room, it was very tidy, clean, and well organized. Upon waking up on the day of checkout, I found that the comforter which was in between the sheets and the throw blanket were heavily stained with what appeared to be urine. I was told I’d receive 5,000 Hampton points for this which is nice but I don’t feel that is enough. Paying $200+ for a room for one night, I wasn’t expecting urine stained sheets.
